The Villa is located southeast and has a stunning front line view of the ocean and sunset all year round, with direct access to the sea.

The layout consists of one living room with a fireplace and sofas and a living room with fireplace TV with a decoder by international satellite and Italian Sky, the dining room has a table for 12-14 people and a bathroom. The Villa consists of 6 bedrooms plus 1 for service. All of the rooms have view of the ocean with A/C, heating, a safe, private sound system with USB cable and Wifi connection. All the bathrooms have a bath or shower with rock sinks from Bali and designer sanitaries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with multiple home appliances and a pantry. The kitchen is divided in 2 zones with 2 refrigerators, and one refrigerator for wine, a large oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker for American and Nespresso. There is an exterior porch attached to the living room furnished with sofas and a round table.
